An experienced, friendly and approachable Consultant General Surgeon. Adam’s clinical expertise is focussed on acute biliary (gallstone) disease performing over 100 cholecystectomies a year, hernia surgery and all emergency abdominal surgery using advanced laparoscopic techniques.
Adam’s NHS practice is based in St James University Hospital, Leeds but he offer services throughout the wider Yorkshire region. His clinical practice focuses on the acute management of biliary (gallbladder) pathology performing over 100 cholecystectomies a year, all elective and emergency hernia surgery and major acute emergency abdominal presentations (e.g. appendicitis, small bowel obstruction, perforated bowel).
In addition, Adam also has a sub-specialist interest in the surgical management of Hidradenitis Suppurativa and in excision of skin and soft-tissue lesions working in partnership with dermatology colleagues.
